Terms and Conditions
By hiring equipment from bubbletop kingdom, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & deposit
A $50 refundable bond is required and will be returned after the event, provided the equipment is undamaged and clean.
2. Payment
All hire fees, including deposits and bonds, must be paid in full prior to delivery.
We accept Bank transfers and other Payment options will be confirmed upon booking,
3 Hire Duration
Standard hire duration is 4- 6 hours,unless otherwise agreed.Late return or extended hire may incure additional charges.
4 Delivery & Collection
Delivery and pick up times will be confirmed in advanced, Please ensure someone is present to meet our team both times.
Delays caused by the custome may incur a fee.
5 Cancellations.
Cancellations made more then 48 hours before the event will not incur additional charges.
Cancellations within 48hours of the event may result in up to 505 of the total hire fee being charged.
6. weather conditions.
Bouncy castles require dry flat surface for setup unless indoors.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpond delivery if weather conditions are unsuitable for safe setup.
7 Damages & Liability
The hirer is responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required during the hire period.
Cost for repais or replacment will be charged to the customer and the bond will be kept on top of that.
If the equipment is returned in an excessivly dirty condition a cleaning fee may be deducted from the bond.
8 Safety & Supervision
Constant adult supervision is required while children are using the equipment.
Equipment must not be used in high winds, rain or unsafe surroundings.
Please do not exceed the recommended number of children on the bouncy castle.
9 Setup requirments.
A flat,clean area or indoor venue is required for safe setup. The area must be clear of sharp objects, debris and animal waste.
No shoes, food, drink,face paint or sharp objects are allowed on the bouncy castles.
